Design & Build

PGM Construction Ltd offer a range of design and planning services that are aimed to guide clients towards the most effective environmental, technical and legal solution for the proposed scheme.

The Company provides a free consultation in order to provide non-obligatory feasibility review on any form of building project, be it a house extension or complete new build development.

From this initial meeting we can then steer clients through the complete process, for example the production and submission of plans, to construction and final completion. We therefore offer architectural drawing services for producing plans for both Local Authority Planning permission and Building Regulations compliance.

As all projects can benefit from an environmental review, we support clients in exploring the most efficient design use of materials and energy systems. For example, advice on the cost and environmental benefits of exceeding current Building Regulations Part L (Conservation of Heat and Power) can be provided.

Our knowledge of the traditional building techniques encountered in this area is second to none. The many and varied styles, unique to their own location, need to be carefully and sympathetically approached if a pleasing result is to be achieved.
